Give your child the gift of confidence, strength, and a lifelong love for fitness with our LIFTD Kids and Teens Programme. These small group sessions are designed to create a positive introduction to exercise, our programme helps young people develop essential skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Our LIFTD Kids and Teens Programme is structured, age-appropriate Personal Training that empowers children and teens to explore movement in a way that’s both educational and enjoyable. Our Small Group sessions are suitable whether your child is an aspiring athlete or new to exercise all together.

For younger kids aged 8-12 the program builds both social, and physical confidence through exercise. Sessions will focus on enhancing coordination, agility, and balance, all while having fun with their peers.

For teens aged 13-17 the program builds social, and physical confidence with a strong emphasis on mastering correct technique. Sessions will focus on building coordination, strength, and athletic development.

Every participant will receive a personal logbook to track their progress, celebrate achievements, and stay motivated as they advance through the program.

Meet Coach Claire

Claire is a certified fitness coach with a passion for helping young people thrive. She combines years of experience with a fun, engaging approach that resonates with kids and teens alike. Claire is committed to making fitness a positive and empowering experience for every participant.

With sessions beginning the week commencing 16th September Session times are as follows:

Mondays – 4:00pm-4:50pm | 5:00pm-5:50pm

Thursday – 4:00pm-4:50pm | 5:00pm-5:50pm

Saturday – 10:00am-10:50am

Our Small Group Personal Training model is run at a maximum 6 kids/teens : 1 Coach. This maintains the highest quality of coaching, ensuring your child gets the focus and attention needed, while also benefitting from the social aspect of group exercise.
